    Develop a Preliminary Concept
    Start planning as early as possible to ensure dedicated space allowance, sufficient mail and package storage, and that all key requirements and specifications are met. If your project includes single- and multi-family residences in a development, start involving other stakeholders now — especially the USPS.

    Contact a Florence Dealer
    Partner with an Authorized Florence Dealer and local USPS Growth Manager to determine delivery locations, adequate space, and appropriate mail equipment for a renovation or new build. You should also research local building codes and accessibility requirements for compliance.

    Finalize Your Mail Center Plans
    Work with a local authorized Florence Dealer to select the right products and finalize your drawing plans. Plan ahead for USPS inspection and commencement of mail delivery. Once your mail center installation is complete, you’re ready to schedule USPS to install master locks and to start receiving mail!

Florence also offers numerous pre-configured 4C recessed wall-mounted mailboxes and parcel lockers to deliver flexible solutions that can be custom configured to meet the specific needs of your indoor mailroom project.

With a centrally located USPS approved facility in Manhattan, Kansas, Florence is proud to be the only centralized mailbox manufacturer who is both an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Underwriters Laboratory audited manufacturer. Florence Corporation is dedicated to environmental stewardship by maintaining a successful recycling program which ensures appropriate re-use and/or reprocessing of all aluminum, corrugate, powder paint, wood, and steel materials, as well as office waste. This vertically integrated plant featuring on-site fabrication, state-of-the-art self-contained powder coating, and robotic welding has also been presented with a Pollution Prevention Award and is an OSHA certified SHARP facility.
