This information creates the Compartment Data Table. You are inputting a "Data Set" to specify the dimensions of an item. This allows us to sort the rows of the table.
You will enter info for:
- Tenant Doors
- Parcel Lockers
- Outgoing Mail
Each column entry is separated by a "pipe" |.
Use this key to determine the values for each column:
Quantity|Compartment Name|Compartment Type|Compartment Height|Compartment Width|Compartment Depth
You must include the "pipe" | even when the column is empty.
EX: 20||Standard Mail:3"|12"|15" - Would leave the "Compartment Name" column empty.
Tenant Door Information:
Quantity: 20 (# of tenant doors)
Compartment Name: 3 High Tenant (height of the door followed by the text 'High Tenant". Use column AB or AC of the BIN spread sheet)
Compartment Type: Standard Mail (Use Column T of the BIN Spread Sheet or use default value of "Standard Mail")
Use Column AB to find the dimensions. If there isn't data use the default values below.
Compartment Height: 10"
Compartment Height: 12"
Compartment Height: 15"

Parcel Locker Information:
Quantity: 2 (# of lockers. Use column AE)
Compartment Name: 15" Parcel (height of the locker followed by the text 'Parcel". Use column AF)
Compartment Type: Parcel Locker (always enter this value)
Compartment Height: 15" (use column AH of the BIN spread sheet)
Compartment Width: 12" (use column AB of the BIN spread sheet)
Compartment Depth: 15" (use column AB of the BIN spread sheet)
ex: 2|15" Parcel|Parcel Locker|15"|12"|15"
Outgoing Mail Information:
Quantity: 1 (# of slots. Use column AE)
Compartment Name: Master Collection (always enter this value)
Compartment Type: Outgoing Mail (always enter this value)
Use Column T to find the dimensions. If there isn't data use the default values below.
Compartment Height: 6-1/2"
Compartment Width: 12"
Compartment Depth: 15"
