Online Toolkit for Architects

We know working through Section 10 Postal Specialties can be a challenge. At Florence Corporation, we are here to help — that’s why we created an online toolkit for architects. The toolkit, packed with easy-to-use resources, makes working with Section 10 Postal Specialties easier than ever.

Our toolkit includes:

  • Tips for Specifying Postal Specialties eBook

This guide provides a variety of best practices to help specify mailbox equipment for centralized mail delivery and help you avoid common pitfalls in the process. Whether you have been specifying mailbox equipment for a while, or you are new to the process, this eBook has everything you need to know, including:

  • The basics of centralized mail delivery
  • Trends in package management
  • Key accessibility considerations
  • The latest in mailbox equipment, specs, and planning tools
  • And much more!
  • BIM Library

Our BIM Library allows you to download RFA files for more than 100 Florence products. Sort through products intuitively with the simple navigation bar or search through our entire library. You can access short descriptions and features on each product and download Revit-models. We have even added the library to AutoDesk so you can pull it directly into your drawing without leaving Revit.

  • Spec Docs

Our spec docs are available in both .doc and .rtf format. Our product specific documents include:

  • STD-4C
  • Cluster Box Units
  • STD-4B+ Horizontal
  • Private Delivery Horizontal
  • USPS Vertical
  • Mailbox Configurator

Design the perfect mailbox layout to meet your project specifications with our Mailbox Configurator. This easy-to-use tool allows you to design a mailbox or storage installation with up to eight walls or sections, customize door sizes and product options to your specifications, and receive dimensional DWG or RFA files to include in your drawing and/or for use in the quote/order process. You simply drag and drop the unit(s) you want to add to your layout and follow the instructions to complete your configuration. You will be able to access your complete drawings immediately via a link, receive them in an email, and even access them later from your saved projects. And, if you need to get a quote, there is a quick link that allows you to send your creation to an Authorized Florence Dealer in your area.

We offer a comprehensive listing of our dealers to help ensure that your project goes smoothly from conception to construction. Our nationwide network of Authorized Florence Dealers is ready to assist you every step of the way, from providing quote information on large jobs to helping you select the right products for your project. A valuable resource, these product experts stand ready to assist you before, during, and after your project.
