Florence Return Policy for Orders

Customer Satisfaction

At Florence Manufacturing, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Florence products are engineered and manufactured to stringent specifications and carefully inspected for quality before leaving our factory.  However, in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below.

Returns/Exchanges

  • Standard products may be returned or exchanged if request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Restock fee of 30% will apply.
  • Custom products cannot be returned.
  •  Please contact the Florence Marketplace Dealer that you purchased the product from to request a return or exchange. Click here to go to My Account at florencemailboxes.com to find your Florence Dealer contact information.  
  •  A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be provided and must be included on the product packaging and/or packing slip in order for credit to be properly applied. 
  • Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Credits or refunds issued will be for the item value.  Refund will be issued in the original form of tender.
  • Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable and return shipping fees may apply.

 Returns Due to Freight Damage or Manufacturing Defect

  • Every Florence product shipped is carefully inspected prior to leaving our factory.
  • We encourage you to inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt to ensure no damage has occurred in transit.
  • Freight damage claims and/or returns can only be recognized if shipment is refused or if delivery receipt is documented with notes related to damage or other discrepancy in shipment.  
  • If a defect in manufacture is discovered, please contact your Florence Marketplace Dealer within 7 days of delivery.
