John Altstadt - President Mr. Altstadt was appointed President of Florence Manufacturing in January 2012 and serves on the Corporate Executive Council of Gibraltar Industries, Florence's parent company. Prior to joining Florence in 1997, Mr. Altstadt held positions in production, materials, systems and general management with companies such as Borg Warner, Johnson Worldwide Associates, Beecham Cosmetics, Beatrice Foods and Accurate Fasteners. Mr. Altstadt holds a bachelors' degree in Business from Lewis University. He currently serves on the local Flinthills Breadbasket Board and Manhattan Chamber of Commerce Board. Kerri Winter - Vice President of Accounting and Administration Ms. Winter joined Florence Manufacturing in April, 2005. She is responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and planning, credit and collections and information systems activities within the company. Previous to working at Florence, her experience included work at American Italian Pasta Co., Hill's Pet Nutrition Division of Colgate Palmolive, and Koch Industries. Kevin Fee - Vice President of Engineering Mr. Fee joined Florence Manufacturing in September 2012. He is responsible for overseeing the engineering functions, including R&D, Design Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering. Prior to joining Florence, Mr. Fee spent 23 years in senior engineering and executive roles for businesses in the ATM and bank security markets, and high speed automated machinery markets. He has extensive experience in implementing and integrating lean product design and lean manufacturing methodologies. Stacy Kohlmeier - Vice President of Sales & Marketing Ms. Kohlmeier joined Florence Manufacturing in September, 2003. She is responsible for overseeing all customer service, sales, marketing, new business and product development activities. Prior to joining Florence, she was Economic Development Director at the Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce and spent 17 years in senior management roles at Western Resources, Inc. She currently serves on the local Manhattan Planning Board, the United Way Board, the Manhattan Technical College Board and the Fort Hays Alumni Board.
